The cursor's position stays 'fixed' to the page, scrolls with her, and so, I see
two, three or more 'hands'.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put your mouse over a link.
2. Use the mouse wheel to scroll
3. See	

Actual Results:  Mozilla displays multiple pointers.

Expected Results:  It should have displayed only one !

If this is a recent regression, I wouldn't be surprised if it were related to 
bug 66617.  (I'm on Windows and I don't have a working scroll mouse, so I 
wasn't able to reproduce this bug.)

This looks like a dupe of bug 50511 to me. If I'm wrong, please reopen.

I don't think this is a duplicate since it relates to refreshing, not to DOM Level 0.

Reopening.

This is a recent regression, right?  This seems like the kind of thing that 
would have been fixed a long time ago if it had been around for a while.  If 
you can narrow down the regression to within a week or day (in build numbers), 
that would probably be helpful to whoever tries to fix this bug.

By the way, does this bug occur if you use the keyboard for scrolling while the 
mouse cursor is over a link?

No. I've this bug since I have my new mouse (with a wheel) (I bought it about 3 weeks ago).
When I scroll with the keyboard, the pointer disappears ;)
Shall I pinpoint that I use USB Overdrive to handle my wheel ?

I disagree, this bug is identical to bug 65345, which is a dupe (apparently) 

of 50511. Duping again, if you disagree with me, reopen.
