steps to reproduce: 1. Pick an add-on which has a) public versions b) newer versions awaiting review 2. Delete one of the fully reviewed versions of the add-on. 3. Editor tools-> Check the item history for that add-on expected behavior: Item history has logs for deleted versions observed behavior: Item history is missing entries for deleted versions.
