How have the winners been determined? Is it just a straightforward count of votes? Just trying to figure out what criteria I should use when importing.
Assignee: nobody → paul
We need to a) send an email to all the Mojo round 1 challenge winners so they can b) sign up for the round 2 learning lab course. We have 60 winners (invited to the course) and 20 runners up (on a waiting list). Ben / Jacob / Phillip have the list of names (but not emails, of course). Phillip or Jacob: can you attach the two lists to this bug -- both the winners and the runners up. Paul: can you import the contact info for the people on these lists into BSD once you have the lists? Ideally as two lists / in some manner where we can see who is a finalist and who is a runner up. My understanding is that Ryan has given Jacob enough BSD access to be able to send to these people once the contact info is in the system.

Yup, once I get a list of usernames from Phillip or Jacob, I can put the appropriate info into constituent groups in BSD.

List of uids for which we need emails
I just added the list of uids that we need emails for. Would be great to get a csv or the like. The next attachment, coming this afternoon, will comprise the winners themselves, who will need to be imported to BSD.
Participants have been imported into BSD (See Bug # 667552). Once I get a list of winners, I'll import them into a separate constituent group.
to be imported into BSD
