Latest Profile Manager (delivered 5/17/99)

Assume profile already exists.

1. Launch apprunner with -ProfileManager option via DOS box.
2. Select an existing profile
3. View the "New" button.

Results:

After selecting an existing profile, the "New" button remains active.

Expected:

I expected that once an existing profile is selected, the "New" button should
become inactive (greyed out).
Why?  It's just as plausible that pressing the new button causes us to ignore
your profile selection.  I think we need some UE input on this.
Not doing this is a step back from 4.5 Profile Manager behavior.
