An odd issue that bwinton mentioned the other day was that if you switch the toolbar from "Icons and Text" to just "Text" the text ends up being misaligned inside the buttons for Get mail, Write and Address book (but not tags, because it's a different widget).
Switching back to another button view fixes the problem.
This definition can be removed because the one from global/toolbarbutton.css is enough for all button modes except text mode there a special rule matches. The now removed rule had overwritten the "only text" rule and in combination with the search fields the reported effect was shown. The composer window don't show this effect because of no search field but the buttons where to tiny.
