From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux 2.2.14 i686; en-US; m18) Gecko/20010129
BuildID: 2001012921
if one downloads the mentioned file, Mozilla downloads forever. The file has a
size of 10MB, I just stopped it after 25MB.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/2001-01-30-10-Mtrunk/
2. make right click at the file mozilla-i686-pc-linux-gnu.tar.gz (probably the
other will work too)
3. start download and wait.
4. when the download exceeds the original file size by far, then you just
encountered the bug
Actual Results: the download never stops
Expected Results: when the file is downloaded, it should stop the download.
the example file is quite large (10MB), perhaps this is the reason? I did not
have problems with some smaller files. Mozilla also does not show the file size
when downloading (shows "??").

darin, could you look at this? This could be caused by your recent changes.

ok
I just found out, that it does stop. When I downloaded todays nighlie, the
download stopped after 31.651.840 bytes (original size = 11.006.116 bytes).
Just in case that this info helps...

please confirm that this is still happening.
I (the reporter) am unable to reproduce it with recent builds, so I guess it is
fixed. I downloaded 2 nighlies in a row, without any problems :-)
