Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:5.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/5.0
Build ID: 20110622232440
Steps to reproduce:
Received an email with multiple attachments - some of them are zero length.
Used the "Save All..." to save them all to disc.
Version of Thunderbird is
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.2.17) Gecko/20110516 Lightning/1.0b2 Thunderbird/3.1.10
on Kububtu 11
Actual results:
The attachments which were zero length were ignored and not saved.
Expected results:
The zero length attached file should have been saved as an empty file.
Zero length files are often used as flag to signify actions are required etc.
Often a zero length file is used to record a time-stamp. Hence zero length files should not be ignored - they do have a value !
This used to work in earlier versions.
