Steps:

1)Load https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/i/
2)Hover on any add-on
3)Right click on reviews count and "Open in new tab"

Expected: loads URL ending with #reviews and lands at Reviews section in add-on details page

Actual behavior: loads URL ending with #reviews but do not land at Reviews section
