On mobile, the download page is not redirecting to mozilla.com/m so users will see the desktop view on mobile, instead of the mobile view of the download page.

What happens when you visit http://www.mozilla.com on your mobile device?
It does redirect to /m when I go to mozilla.com on my mobile device
Is this the same as bug 672723, or is it a different (but related) issue?
Target Milestone: --- → 3.3
This seems different, but related. I'm getting the desktop view of www.mozilla.com/mobile on android with FF5.

Ok, thanks. Anthony, is this something you can work on as well? Laura, we should prioritize this for the next release if at all possible.

Raymond, can you check on .org and any other redirects that may not be working? Seems like this may be a more widespread problem than I'd hoped.
Michelle, can you give the exact URL where you see this problem? Or the workflow to get to the broken page?
As for the workflow, I typed the URL into the awesome screen and hit enter key on my HTC qwerty shift. If I search for "firefox mobile download" in the awesome screen and select google, www.mozilla.com/mobile/download is the top hit, so that is another possible workflow.

Maybe no one else would go directly to this page, and those who do, actually intend to get the full site? I thought I should report the full site view of the page on my mobile device in case it is not working as designed.
Thanks Michelle. So we are now redirecting /mobile to /m.

Fixed in r92840.

Can you test https://www-trunk.stage.mozilla.com/mobile/ ?
Cool. My test of https://www-trunk.stage.mozilla.com/mobile/ correctly redirects to https://www-trunk.stage.mozilla.com/m on my android phone. Thanks!

Raymond, ping.
Pushed to stage/production with r92842.

John, this is just a redirect that we never done before, not a regression afaict.

mozilla.org/mobile and mozilla.org/m do not work. I don't remember us having a redirect from mozilla.org for mobile
verified fixed on mobile using HTC Desire mozilla.com/mobile/ --> mozilla.com/m
