6732 - links to named anchors never turn visited

Links to named anchors never turn visited.  After clicking on one of the links at the top, one should (at least after reloading the page) have either that particular link or all the links (depending on what behavior you want for visited named anchors) turn the visited color.

Need 11326 fixed before it will be possible to verify this bug on the test
case provided. The problem is fixed (try another page with named anchors), so
marking as such.

Bug 11326 seems to have been fixed, so it should now be possible to verify this
bug.
