This bug is for the design of the Your Web campaign site, which is being tracked in bug 667729 and at this wiki page: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Websites/Your Web The goal of this Firefox user retention campaign is to showcase responses to questions about the Web, such as 'What do you love about the Web?' and 'What do you want the Web to be'. Key elements: * The current featured question. There should also be a visual cue to be able to toggle/select a different question once we add additional questions. * The gallery is the main visual on the page that shows several responses at once. It has subtle animations to show that the visual is alive and not static, possibly with responses swapping in or out. * The form allows the user to answer the selected question in a text field, optionally upload a photo, tag themselves as a type of Web user (eg: developer, artist, student, etc), indicate their locale, and optionally sign up for our email newsletter. The form also has check boxes for agreeing to our Mozilla Privacy Policy for the newsletter and granting Mozilla permission to use their photograph on the site and for other campaigns. * Filters above the gallery that allow you to show responses from specific tags or locales. Other requirements: * Style should match the current mozilla.com visual style. * Design is localization friendly and content areas can accommodate text for locales with longer strings * Should be functional in mobile (no mobile layout needed, but UI should be accessible on mobile devices) Inspiration: http://blog.mozilla.com/webdev/2011/07/08/what-do-you-want-the-web-to-be/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/morgamic/sets/72157627036526878/ http://www.wordle.net http://www.adesblog.com/2008/08/27/wp-cumulus-plugin/ Timing: Still in flux while we get web dev resources, but I will comment in the bug when we have more info.

(In reply to Tara from comment #2) > Hey William, should we close this out? Let's keep this open for another week or so as we figure out resources. Thanks!

Closing this. Looks like we'll work with Quodis on the design, and we'll be sure that Creative is looped in for review and feedback!
