During buildbot runs my master is attempting to update the MozillaTest waterfall:

sending mail (416 bytes) to ['[e-mail]']

but I see no column on the MozillaTest waterfall to correspond with my tests.  Are my emails being blocked?

So that's vlan47 to tinderbox.mozilla.org (dm-wwebtools02 - 10.2.74.14) via SMTP, which wasn't in the original spec.  I've updated the spec, but I don't have the powerz to update reality :)

It looks like communication between the master and tinderbox are happening via tinderbox's public IP.  I see a permit there for http, but none for the private IP.  I've opened SMTP on tinderbox to the same IP.

I'm still not seeing my results on the MozillaTest waterfall - is there another firewall setting that could be interfering?

Possibly, but I'm not entirely clear on what path this flow is taking or how your waterfall gets updated.  Can you try a telnet or netcat to port 25 from the master to tinderbox?
