Details

Prior to the landing of Bug 455694, it was possible to cancel tab dragging/detaching by pressing the escape key.  This is now no longer possible.

This doesn't technically require the drag&drop API (which involves bug 533460) in order to be fixed, since we could modify the <xul:key/> for Esc, but going the drag&drop route is probably the most elegant solution.
