Details

This is a followup to the basic tab animations implementation. When dragging a tab over another window's tab strip, we would like to morph the drag preview into an actual tab.
Marking blocking bug 455694, as that bug is rather unfinished without this and bug 674825 (duped against this one) smells like a real regression.
