When dragging and dropping a tab from a maximized window into the content area, the tab resets itself very quickly to the previous position. However, the window is no longer maximized. See this screencast: http://screencast.com/t/jsW3d9wC

STR from bug 851928: 1. Open only one tab 2. Maximize Browser 3. Drag the tab to downward and drop Actual Results: Window switches to normal mode, and the size of window is almost maximized size in Windows. Previous size of normal mode is LOST.
