I believe the goal is for it to underline the D in "Delete" instead. Because the access key is currently lowercase "d", it prefers the D in "folder".

This doesn't really change the need for the patch - but noting ...
- Delete for folder also appears in File menu
- Delete Folder only ever appears in Edit menu if there is no message selected, i.e. nothing in preview pane - which wud be rare.
