Localizing opt-in form in international languages

We’d like to begin the process of localizing our email marketing opt-in form across all moz.com languages.  We currently offer the newsletter in English, French, Portuguese and German.  We’ll soon launch Spanish. We won’t have the newsletter in every locale, but I’d like to at least display the languages that we do offer the newsletter in all of our markets.

One addition to this form – we’ll need a new field that should also be localized.  It will be placed on the form below Your Email Address.  

Available languages:
•	English
•	German
•	French
•	Portuguese
•	Spanish 

What additional information can I provide?  And what are next steps to beginning the localization process?  Finally, any idea on how long the process might take?
