Stealing this from a comment on bug 665722: Cross-posting from bug 670789: "The following [profile] fields were identified as being useful: ... * I can perform tech reviews (checkbox, disabled by default) * I can perform editorial reviews (checkbox, disabled by default)"
FWIW, this could be based on specific checkboxes or drawn from interests flagged as areas of expertise
