Build: 2001020513, Mac OS 9.0
To reproduce:
1. Open the Appearance control panel.
2. In the `Sounds' tab, choose `Platinum Sounds' from the `Sound track:' popup
menu.
3. Start Microsoft Word 98, which (and this is important) does not use native
widgets for popups, just like Mozilla doesn't.
4. Do any of the following:
- Mouse over a toolbar button to open a tooltip, then mouse away to close
the tooltip.
- Open and close the style, font, or size drop-down menus in the
Formatting toolbar.
- Open and close a context menu.
What you should hear:
- Nothing.
What you actually hear:
- Nothing.
5. Now try any of the actions in step (4) in Mozilla.
What you should hear:
- Nothing.
What you actually hear:
- `Plop'.
