67822 - can't select another account/address in "From:" using drop-down menu in message composer

In the Message Compose window, the drop-down menu that normally allows you to
change the From: header by selecting a different account is not working.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
create two mail accounts. Create a new message. Click on the From: drop-down to
change the From: address.

Actual Results:  A small rectangle appears below the drop-down where a menu
should appear.

Expected Results:  A drop-down menu appears where you can select the second account.

looks a lot like bug 67550 although this one is on Mac and the other in linux-
only.. probably caused by hewitt's checkin to have lines in the adressing widget
