67824 - Choosing title & folder when adding a bookmark doesn't work

Description

Even after activating the related option in Preferences->Navigator->Bookmarks,
when adding the current page no dialog box is displayed. I use build 2001020504,
installed after deleting all previous version prefs, including mozreg.dat.
NOTE:if this is the wrong place for reporting features that are not included in
milestone releases, please let me know.

No that's supposed to work...
This is very new stuff so it's possible that it gets fixed real soon.. I 
suggest you try it again in a couple of days.. in the meantime I'm sending to 
the bookmarks component

duping off my later bug 67884, as I've described a fix strategy. 

this is the result of broken UI. Try unchecking the box in preferences, and
you'll find that you get the dialog ;)

I don't have it checked, and that box surprised me today.  Verified dup of
clarifying bug 67884 "Show Add Bookmark dialog pref is reversed between dialog &
pref panel"
