When I go to the url listed above mozilla will hang with 100% cpu usage. The url
doesn't exist which might be important.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Go to the above url.

Actual Results:  Mozilla hangs.

Expected Results:  Should give some sort of error.
may be related to bug 65220 "FTP clobbers CPU"
known bug. will be fixed when we land the necko design changes.

Regarding "Expected Results":
The lack of an error message for non-existant FTP URL's is basically bug 18007
"Invalid Ftp site not handled properly".
