After playing with tabs on the right, us UXers think we are probably better off moving tabs back to the left (both from an information flow standpoint, and also because they make it hard to reach over and scroll when they're on the right. 

Also, let's roll tabs up into a menu when a user switches to portrait mode, like this http://cl.ly/1f453u392O0V3I2Q0K23 -- it's an increasingly common design pattern on tablet UIs, and makes Firefox feel better optimized for both landscape *and* portrait browsing. 

Note: these are not final mocks, rather they are just to show behaviour. More detailed specs and assets will follow later.

Tabs are located on the left in landscape mode again. In portrait mode tabs are located at the top, which I think is the desired behavior instead of the tab menu proposed here a long time ago (given later mockups of Ian).
