Reporter is the title of this bug a mistake? The bug description seems to
describe a different problem all together.

fixing summary.
this might eventually go to naving.
adding laurel to the cc list. 4.x handled it differently. I think if you
deleted a special folder, we'd give you and alert, but then recreate the folder
automatically for you.
Summary: 'Delete' Should be disabled for all System Folders → 'Delete' Should be disabled for Special Folders
I believe Seth is right about 4.x behavior... also, this is a duplicate of
33235.
I just checked Communicator behavior briefly: depending on what special folder
you're selecting, the Delete menu item or toolbar may or may not be enabled, but
all I tried are able to be deleted with Del key. After confirming OK to the
folder deletion's regular confirmation, we also pop up another alert dialog
which tells the user that Communicator will recreate the folder (upon next
startup and/or as necessary).
