In 2001020704 MTrunk. Preferences|Mail News|Send format|"Ask Me" is checked. Compose a message in HTML editor mode, and Option|Format is Auto Detect. Send. Result:Message is sent without any dialog. Mozilla should ask if the message should be sent in HTML format or not regardless of settings in Option|Format.
