Details
To avoid issues like I had when uploading my langpack to AMO (editor criticized that its maxVersion not set to 2.3.* when 2.3.1 was already out) or something like I've just seen on m.s.seamonkey where the 2.3.1 langpack wouldn't install on a distro-provided 2.3 (which doesn't even need an update), we should automatically make the langpack set itself to compatible with the .* when the version number is a release one. As we're L10n-frozen from aurora on, marking beta and release langpacks that way should really be safe. :)
