+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #661365 +++
Most of what was covered in bug 661365 is still valid. We are in the middle of moving the app to MySQL instead of Mongo for deployment reasons, and should re-check review. I anticipate this will be done and ready for review by the end of this week (9/2). We'd like to deploy this ASAP after that. Deploying this app is now urgent.
I'll update this bug when we're ready to go.

I understand mcoates looked at this and gave the ok to deploy it (via cshields). Closing.
