Device: HTC Desire Z
OS: Android 2.3
Steps:
1. Open Fennec app.
2. Go to Options -> Preferences.
3. Select one Language from the Language drop-down menu.
4. Restart the browser;
Expected Result:
Browser is restarted successfully and localized to the language you've selected.
Actual Result:
Browser crashes.

Note: Bug is not reproducible on Android 2.2.
