Steps to reproduce:
I use "about:" as my Home page.
Actual results:
The seamonkey-2.3.2 "about:" page references "2.3.1" in two places. I redownloaded the
Linux source three times so it's consistent at least (;-}).
Expected results:
"2.3.2" should have happened.

I note that the user agent verbage above says 2.3.1 also.
