Going to the proxies prefs causes the text fields to enable/disable

Go to Prefs, advanced, proxies. When you click on proxies all the text fields
are enabled, and then disabled instantly (if direct connection to the internet
is chosen). Only the required text fields should be enabled by default.

This is not a bug. The problem is just a speed issue. When you click on
"proxies" in the advanced category, first we display the panel *then* we disable
the textfields that should not be editable. Because the pref panel is a little
slow, you actually see the enabled textfields being disabled, so this is not
really a bug. Sairuh, am I correct?
Perhaps a speed issue, but the logic of it seems reverse.
It should probably work the other way around instead:
So that it opens DIS-abled - and then enables, if manual settings exist.

methinks this sounds like bug 41073 and/or bug 42003. taking the former...
