If you go thte Help Menu and then to the Release Notes the page that comes up
talks about the old milestone releases not the newer .X releases.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go the help menu
2. Select Release Notes

Actual Results:  Old release notes

Expected Results:  New release notes
