The URL (reached from the top of a Google search for Thunderbird) says: Current release: Thunderbird 3.1 Latest build: Shredder (nightly build) Next release: Thunderbird 3.3 Previous supported release: Thunderbird 3.0 Clicking takes you to download Thunderbird 6.0.2.
