Details

You can grab the current url, and place it elsewhere, even in the bookmark editor, but this does not work for the personal toolbar. It should be possible to quickly add a bookmark this way. Currently, you have to Add Bookmark and then Manage Bookmarks to move it to the right spot. This is not really intuitive.
It's in Mozilla but not enabled by default. Go to preferences -> debug -> personnal toolbar drag'n'drop. I'm sure there is a bug filed about it
