With my work as SeaMonkey release engineer, occassionally I encounter issues that require me to push to the l10n repositories.
Including cases where our Hg infra fails during tagging. This has caused headaches on my part since I cannot push to any l10n repo's with my own ssh key and need to "steal" the seabld key to do so.
Please enable the l10n bit on my LDAP account so I can push to hg l10n repo's.
CCing Pike for a sign-off on that if required.
