When a user clicks "I want to request a refund" we need to show "Request Refund" page. Restartless depends upon the addon. We need to persist this lightbox through restarts.

The checkbox should be required before going on to the next step.

Assigning to gkoberger for Ajaxifing the front end of the whole wizard and putting in the lightbox persistence using pjax.

Is it clear what needs to happen here?  If not, we should talk through a solution (hopefully one without persisting lightboxes)

Fligtar, reopen if you disagree. Currently refunds work; making modals with ajax requests persist across restarts seems like it's asking for trouble -- especially since this page will be redesigned before anyone actually sees it, as far as I know. I talked to Andy and Wil, and we're going to postpone the modal/ajax stuff until we have the new mocks.

I'm closing this bug (since Andy did the original support flow stuff), and when we get the new mocks we can make it look the way it should.
