68682 - Saving inline attachments saves whole msg

I saved the png from a msg, attached it to a new mail and sent it. Now, the
complete original msg (where I I got the immage from) has been attached!?! I did
the whole save/attach story only to prevent just *that*.

Reproduce:
1. Attach a png to a mail, send it
2. Open the sent mail, try to save the png (open ong, "Save Image..." in context
menu.
3. View the saved file in a text editor. You see the full original mail, will
headers and text and all. This is privacy=>security relevant (as I just
experienced).

This is a regression caused by bug 45225.

Mass-change: Do not remove nominations (even if Milestone passed). Readding

This is still a problem with current (03/12/01) builds.  Adding privacy keyword.

BTW: In recent builds, I can't save an inline text *at all*.
