In Windows 7 with Aero, there's no distinction on the UI between the title bar line (the one with the minimize, maximize, close) and the unused space in the zone at the right of the menus and toolbars. The problem is that trying to move the window by dragging it, only works if the title bar zone is used, the rest of space that looks just the same doesn't do anything and it's weird because to understand the problem the user has to realize that he clicked too low. In Firefox 7 it works correctly, clicking at the right side of the tab bar moves the window as expected.
