The menu command File > Offline > Offline settings depends on the currently selected account in the folder pane. This is not obvious. Either it should be renamed or moved to the account or moved to the account context menu, or the global offline settings (menu Tools > Options > Network & Disk space > Offline > Offline... is what I expected).

There is no global setting, and clicking Offline settings takes you to the account settings where I think it is obvious you are going to set this on a per account basis.
I think it is logical to keep this in the "offline" settings, and moving it to account settings/menu would complicate that menu item.
Is there anything to be clarified here?

No, I agree with your comment.
We're also going through more UI and UX improvements to control account settings and other options, so this request doesn't really apply anymore, and we never got any similar request in 12 years, so I think this is safe to close.
