Details

The current portrait mode tabs popup shows up onclick of the tabs button. We should instead support one fluid motion. mousedown the menu appears, drag your finger to the tab you want. mouse up to open it (or open new tab).

This should only work when the popup is first shown. Subsequent drags will have to pan the list and not select an item/switch tabs.
