steps to reproduce: 1. Upload a search tool 2. Proceed with upload until you hit Step 7 (https://addons-dev.allizom.org/z/en-US/developers/addon/pearltrees123-1/submit/7) expected behavior: Search tools are not eligible for Marketplace so we don't show any MP specific content for search tools actual behavior: We show the 'Enrolling in Marketplace' blurb on Step 7 for search tools
