OK, I can now reproduce this myself (using FF 6.0.2 on OS X 10.7.1).
Here are better steps-to-reproduce and a more accurate description.

1) Visit http://metasieben.org/post.html.

2) Click on the	Submit button (which submits a form).

3) Reload the page using Command-r (*not* by explicitly choosing the
   View : Reload menu item).

4) When the Resend dialog appears, click Cancel (*not* Resend).

   After you've done this, the View item in the Firefox main menu gets
   highlighted, and stays that way.  To	get rid	of the highlighting,
   you need to open the main menu (by clicking on any menu item), then
   close it again.

I'm unable to reproduce this bug (at least with these steps) on OS X
10.6.8 or 10.5.8.

So yes, this does look Lion-specific, and may be an Apple bug.
