Adding bug 486363 for hosting running VMs. We may or may not actually want to do that, but it's worth revisiting one way or another.

A couple more items worth considering adding to this tracking bug:
* Make (and maintain) a list of good first webdev bugs
* Promote the webdev get involved page on other relevant places, such as MDN web documentation or Dev Derby page (should wait until get involved page has been updated)

I added Vagrant and Puppet to playdoh as per this commit: https://github.com/mozilla/playdoh/commit/17137d2a942e7f6f8e27c6a1322e47bc9380296c; this should allow a lot of contributors, especially front-end folks and less technical localizers, to code features or fixes for Mozilla web apps that are a PITA to get setup locally.
