For making SeaMonkey 2.4 public, we'll need to update the website.

Release date is Tuesday, no meaningful changes since 2.4b3.

I changed the warning text to read "may suffer" instead of "suffers" for 2.3.3 and 2.4 (commented out). I think we should keep it this way in the future so we don't have to care anymore whether there are actually known security issues in a given release at a certain time.

We're keeping trunk at 2.7 for now, so adjusted this.

Strangely downloading "raw" patch for these 2.3.x files didn't preserve everything right, and I got malformed patch errors. I modified them appropriately locally. :(

Actually I take that back, was wget fail :( (yea, looks like it tried to parse the file in a strange way.)
