Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox with clean profile
2  Open Error console Ctrl+Shift+J
3. Focus browser window
4. Open Panorama Ctrl+Shift+E

Actual Results:

Error: redeclaration of const Cu
