We are disabling these tests because clone is broken by our current method of attaching globals to a scope -- compile-n-go.  When we land CPG, we will be able to access globals through the compartment, and can get rid of compile-n-go as a special mode.  When we do this, we will be able to clone functions again, at which point we should re-enable these tests.
