We've been notified by a few add-on developers that their SDK-based add-ons were pushed to the back of the review queue because of the SDK repackaging. We should look into how the repackager is changing version or file dates, causing this move. Fixing bug 656122 might be necessary.
kumar: what value determines the position in the queue? We copy a few attributes from the old version to the new one already; one more isn't going to hurt.
