I've done the mozilla.org/aurora redirect in .htaccess in trunk in r95615. For the subdomain (aurora.mozilla.org) though, we'll need IT.

I've updated this but to cover the /aurora/ URL only. A new bug has been created for IT for the aurora.mozilla.org subdomain (Bug 694336).

They will work when pushed to production; they're currently only on staging, from what I understand here and in comment 3...

The /aurora/ redirects will get pushed to production with the 4.2 release this coming Tuesday. Let us know if it's more urgent than that.

The aurora.mozilla.org subdomain is with IT in Bug 694336 - I'm not sure on their schedule.
