Steps to reproduce:

Printed Calendar.  Also tried to use the page set up like in Sunbird in order to enable printing of calendar colors.


Actual results:

Calendar was printed, but the color codes for the calendars did not print, only printed in black and white.
Page set up and Print Preview is not enabled


Expected results:

Calendar should have printed with color codes like in Sunbird.  Should be able to do page setup like in Sunbird.

Switch to a mail tab due to bug 410926. Now enable the setting in menu "File > Page Setup... > Print Background (colors & images)" to print colors.
