When writing a URL in the location bar, the history drop down appears, as expected. When trying to select an item from auto complete using the arrow keys on the keyboard, items are selected in the wrong order, with some not selected at all.

To Reproduce:
1. Start typing URL fragment into address bar until autocomplete appears.
2. Try and select an item using the arrow keys on the keyboard.

What Happens:
When you try an select an item using the arrow keys, the wrong items are selected. For example, moving from nothing being selected, and pressing the down button, the last item is selected. If the down button is pressed again, then the item at the first item at maximum scroll depth is selected, then the second and first.
If the up button is pressed instead then the same sequence occurs in the same order.

Expected Results:
When pressing the down button, the first item in the history should be selected, followed by he second etc. The up button on the keyboard should do the same in reverse, selecting the last item first, starting from nothing being selected.
