Steps to reproduce:

When entering an address (i.e. "Google.com"), pressing the down key on the keyboard will cause the last item in the drop-down to be selected.


Actual results:

Pressing the down key on the keyboard will cause the last item in the drop-down to be selected. Pressing the down key again will cause the selection to jump up to the top item that's visible in the drop-down (Jumps up 5 spaces from the last item on the list).


Expected results:

Previously, pressing the down arrow would cause the first item in the list to be selected.
